Erin Murray

Erin is a former ballerina turned director and choreographer. Her films have been described as “funny in a scary way” and “too honest” by strangers on the internet. 

Erin’s work as a director of music videos, commercials, and short films has been featured in publications including Variety, The Director’s Library, Shots, The Verge, LBB and Director’s Notes, plus she has a few Vimeo Staff Picks to her name. 

‘Anyway U Want It’, a music video about a couple navigating the complications of virtual reality sex, was screened at the 2024 SXSW film festival and the Hammer Museum’s 2024 FLUX series. Erin’s short film, ‘I Don’t Need To Know’ won gold in the comedy category at the 1.4 Awards and was shortlisted for a Young Director’s Award at Cannes in 2024. 

In between cat sitting and commercials, Erin is developing her first feature film.
